Meno Meet Up

At our monthly Meno Meet Up, women come together to have tea or coffee, have a healthy snack and to discuss menopause and women’s health.

The Meno Meet Up takes place at Barchester Homes, Tandridge Heights, Oxted. 

Our next session is on the 19th March 6:30pm

Nourishing Nutrition for Menopause
Optimise your diet during menopause to support hormonal balance, manage symptoms, and nurture overall well-being. From incorporating phytoestrogens to exploring nutrient-rich foods, we will unveil the secrets to fuelling your body for vitality.
 

Online Programmes

We run online nutrition and fitness programmes throughout the year.  These are easy to follow from the comfort of your own home and include daily tips/challenges, recipe plans, weekly Q&A webinars and access to a private support group.

Midlife Made Easy

Midlife is a unique adventure, isn't it? If you're here, you might be nodding in agreement. The midlife transition  can bring unexpected changes, and we understand it's not always easy. Perhaps you've looked in the mirror and wondered, "Who is this person, and what the heck happened?"

Whether you're navigating this phase with grace or have just begun to notice changes, we're here to support you. Maybe you've heard your friends share their experiences and are curious about preparing your body for this new chapter in life.

Drawing from our years of experience hosting in-person and online programmes, we've created Midlife Made Easy - our 5-step online nutrition programme tailored for women just like you. This is a self-paced programme that you can access online.  More details coming soon!
