Tansy is an award-winning Nature-Based Wellness Expert, Coach, and TEDx Speaker with a passion for helping individuals reconnect with nature to support their wellbeing, mental health, and personal growth. Before launching her own business, she spent years as an Event Manager in the high-pressure hospitality industry, where she experienced first-hand the toll of stress and burnout. This led her to discover the profound benefits of nature for finding balance, resilience, and clarity.
Now, she specialises in guiding people towards greater wellbeing through mindful walking, forest bathing, Qigong, and outdoor coaching. She also delivers inspiring talks and workshops, sharing how simple yet powerful nature practices can help reduce stress, boost creativity, and nurture a deeper sense of connection.
A recognised leader in her field, Tansy’s TEDx talk, Nature, the Friend You've Always Had, explores how nature can be a powerful tool for mental wellbeing and transformation.
