Meno Meet Up

We invite women to come together to discuss menopause and women’s health in a lovely setting at Barchester Homes, Tandridge Heights, Oxted.

Guest Speaker Gemma Pilkington - Pelvic Health

WOMENS PELVIC HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Expect insights on common pelvic health concerns that women experience during this life stage, such as changes in bladder control, pelvic floor strength, and sexual function. Gemma will discuss effective strategies and exercises to manage these issues, emphasising the importance of pelvic floor health for overall well-being and quality of life post-menopause. This session promises to be informative and empowering, offering practical advice tailored to women navigating the menopausal transition.

Online Programmes

We run online nutrition and fitness programmes throughout the year.  These are easy to follow from the comfort of your own home and include daily tips/challenges, recipe plans, weekly Q&A webinars and access to a private support group.

Midlife Made Easy

Midlife is a unique adventure, isn't it? If you're here, you might be nodding in agreement. The midlife transition  can bring unexpected changes, and we understand it's not always easy. Perhaps you've looked in the mirror and wondered, "Who is this person, and what the heck happened?"

Whether you're navigating this phase with grace or have just begun to notice changes, we're here to support you. Maybe you've heard your friends share their experiences and are curious about preparing your body for this new chapter in life.

Drawing from our years of experience hosting in-person and online programmes, we've created Midlife Made Easy - our 5-step online nutrition programme tailored for women just like you. This is a self-paced programme that you can access online.  More details coming soon!
