Here is the incredibly popular cheese flapjack recipe – even my dairy hating daughter will eat these! You can hid vegetables and seeds in them too!
2 eggs
50g melted butter
150g porridge oats
150g cheddar cheese
1 large carrot
1 tbsp seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin)
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Line a baking tray or brownie tray.
Put the oats in a mixing bowl with the melted butter.
Add the seeds, cheese, eggs and carrot.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tray and flatten with the back of a spoon.
Cook for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Allow to cool in the tin before slicing.
