Plan your food for the week or for the next 3-4 days
Eat 3 structured meals each day

Choose the right type and quantity of carbohydrates – choose non starchy where possible
Minimise processed foods and sugar
Drink at least 8 glasses of water (approx 2 litres (including herbal teas) every day
